Classes

The young people will study in groups according to their level. The aim of the lessons is to reinforce and develop the grammatical structures that have been introduced in the students' schools. We also place great emphasis on speaking and comprehension so the students are encouraged
to talk as much as they can. We try to make the lessons fun and stimulating. All materials are included in the fees.

School cafe

Lunch is tasty and healthy. We always offer fruit and salad and a vegetarian option. Unfortunately we cannot provide halal food, but we rarely serve pork. If the weather is fine the young people can eat outside in our garden. We can also prepare a picnic lunch for excursions to parks. Lunch is supervised by the Explore London group leader; this time is also used to discuss the day's programme, safety issues and any requests the students might have for the following week's schedule. Please note we also have free wifi and free computer use in the school so students can stay in touch with friends and family while here.

Explore London programme

Our group leaders have experience of guiding young people around London's sights. They are selected for their enthusiasm and sense of responsibility. The ratio of leader to young people is 1:10 so there is plenty of opportunity to talk and make friends.

Remember that travel for the Explore London programme is included in the fees, but travel cards to and from accommodation is not included.

The programme will include:
the London Eye and Westminster, the Tower of London and the Globe Theatre, cycling and picnic in Richmond Park, shopping in Camdon market, the Kensington museums, the British museum, St Paul's Cathedral, the Greenwich Royal Observatory, the London Aquarium, London Zoo, Madame Tussaud's, sports in the park... and much more!

Accommodation

Can only be booked if the student is accompanied by an adult student who will share the accommodation and also study at the college at the same time.
